please take a look into the manual of rebel.
please read the readme file.

if you have win98 it would be good to start win98
without using the MODE commands.

i know on some systems it can give problems with rebel and ATI graphic cards.
this is due to a lack in the bios of the ATI graphic cards.

they don't support some graphic modes.

do you have a graphic card from ATI ?

Also: if you want to run it under DOS do NOT load any
memory device of dos or windows .

i think it is with pressing F5 and also it works with F8.
