Hi Bob! I have had similar problems. I went looked at a site featuring VisualRoute, which uses a number of tricks, to find out exactly what goes wrong. This utility also reports that packets are being lost at node so-and-so, and reports the name to be "DELTACOM something". I tried to EMail DeltaCom, to get them to have a look at the problem, but have received no response as yet. I have saved a .BMP picture of the analysis, and would be happy to send it to you, if you can use it for anything. Greetings Dan Wulff (The Gandalf Team)
