I'd prefer to be known as "Bob" here. :) IE I know little about your age, your background, my only impressions are based on what you write here and you seem to be technically competent in this particular area (architecture) to me. However, by the same token, you know little about me, and I think the conversations here are more cordial in terms of "Matt", "Bob" and "Tom" regardless of whether I am older, younger, more educated, less educated, more experienced, less experienced, etc. :) Only a request, however, not a demand. In 1970 I was hired at the University where I had just graduated. It was _very_ difficult to reach a point where I could call the department chair "Danny" as he had always been "Mr. Carter" when I was an undergrad student... So I know it can be difficult to adjust, but believe me, I don't consider "Bob" to be a sign of disrespect... :)
