If other alternatives lose then I expect today's programs to solve it after
enough time not because of seeing a draw score but because of seeing that there
is nothing better than 43...b5

The question is if white can win after alternatives like 43...Nd7
If white cannot win then 43...b5 may be the simplest way to draw but the
position is not a good test position.
