No.  You missed a post I wrote.

If you want to make a private agreement with Bob that you guys aren't going to
respond to each other's posts, you make a private agreement and enforce it in
private.

If you want to get a restraining order against Bob, then get a restraining order
against Bob and have the judge enforce it.

The moderators are here to enforce the charter of CCC, which in large part means
that we are supposed to defend the group from abusive posters.  This means that
we are most concerned about abusive posts.  That is what we are looking for, and
if a post is not abusive it will almost certainly go right by us and we will do
nothing about it.

I haven't spent even a few minutes trying to go back and verify this agreement
you mention.  That is not by responsibility, it is not my job, it is contrary to
my job, it would be a waste of my time.

What I have seen are a few instances of threats and abuse from you, and you've
been informed about these.  It is crucial that you understand this and not do
this again..
