The best 3-D board is projection of one onto a plane (a 2-D one).  3-D boards
are all lame and horrible.  I am even to the point now that I like a nice 2-D
board better than the real thing!  I doubt seriously if I shall ever like any
computer rendered 3-D board.  I wish the software manufacturers would stop
wasting time on crap like that an put some energy into the database.
