Exchess is stonger than Inmichess

see http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/html/his1stedition.html
2nd division
8: ExChess 4.02 25.5 / 52
10: InmiChess 3.05 21.5 / 52

see http://wbec-ridderkerk.nl/html/his2ndedition.html

10: ExChess 4.03a 37.5 / 76
15: InmiChess 3.05 31.5 / 76

Both program seem to have some bugs and Inmichess was thrown out of the
tournament when Exchess sometimes lose on time and it has 2 losses on time in
the last 2nd division(one against Movei).
