How did you know that ChessBase had a new update "gui8.iup" for Fritz8?

Why did the ChessBase web-page not have information about the new updates for
Fritz8?

Why was the URL address "http://www.playchess.com/updates/gui8.iup" not found in
the ChessBase web-page at all?

When I clicked the menu item "Query Upgrade...", the playchess server still
informed me that no update available for this version, why?

What is wrong with the ChessBase's information system?

Damn to ChessBase. ChessBase is just a bunch of anal-retentive paranoids!!
