Log on to ICC and watch scrappy or crafty play games. They offer and accept draws all the time. What I do is not "perfect". But it works pretty well. The only problem is that there are many drawn positions that the program doesn't think is drawn, so it will play on. But then again, I've seen humans do this as well...
