I know that in Convekta's case permission was specifically asked of Eugene
Nalimov, hence it's legality. In fact, in the closing hours of Chess Assistant 6
there was difficulty in contacting Mr. Nalimov so that even internal support of
the EGTBs was ready to be removed if specific permission couldn't be obtained.
