Subject: What does Deep Blue have Knowledge wise that Deep Junior Doesn't?

Technically speaking Deep Blue performance wise is 'Stronger' as it earned a
2862 performance rating in 1997 , both programs are/ were great and are capable
of playing a GM worthy game.... not on every move but who knows when that will
happen. Since some people still consider the Blue's 'Stronger' what makes them
'Stronger' at chess and IF that was programed into your average program what
does it change about how chess is played?

Explain what each function does if you will.
