From the discussions going on in CCC it seems that a doubling of speed would
translate in 30 to 70 SSDF rating points.

Let's assume that 50 is the correct figure, this means that a 1.07 X speed
advantage translate in approximately 5 rating points, way less than the error
margin.

So, while in principle I agree with you, I think it is hardly relevant.
