I agree that many of the machines there are vulnerable to cheap opening traps like those found in a01. With my 2.8 single I use only my own books made strictly from program games and I block these cheap traps in my book. I have had no trouble holding 2700-2800 and the occasional 2890 on my 2.8 GHz P4 system. Perhaps I might even get a lucky run to 3000 with a single someday. But hold it? No way. Those duals will eat you alive in the end. There is no substitute for nearly double speed....not even a good book.
