If they release source code and games people may try to prove without doubt that
deep blue97 is weaker than the commercial of today by emulating Deeper blue on
software and play a game between the emulation and the top programs of today.

Even if emulating deep blue in software of today means only 200,000 nodes per
second then it is still possible to play games between the emulation(3000
minutes per move) and the top programs of today at 3 minutes per move without
pondering.

3000 minute per move is only 50 hours per move and in this case it is possible
to play games and test deep blue97 in the next years.
