Your best bet is to track down an article titled "Deep Blue" published in
"Artificial Intelligence 134 (2002) 57–83"

"Appendix A. Evaluation tables and registers" might be interesting to you. It's
very brief but hints at what is in there. Here's a teaser...

Rooks on seventh, Bias, Rook behind passed, Pinned and simple hung, Hung,
Xraying, Pinned and hung, Permanent pin, Knight trap, Rook trap, Queen trap,
Wasted pawns, Bishop pair, Separated passed, Missing wing, BOC (bishops of
opposite color), Side to move, Multiple pawns,Minor on weak, Self block, Opp
block, Back block, Pinned, Mobility, Pawn structure, Passed pawns, Joint
signature, Rooks on files, Bishops, Pawn storm, Pawn shelter, Development,
Trapped bishop, Signature, Contempt, Piece placement

What you won't be able to find is a really detailed explanation of what all of
these mean, and how they were weighted. (Maybe some weren't actually used?)

If you read the "Behind Deep Blue" book then you'll see that the machine was
being fine tuned throughout the match.

Regards,
Keith
