The engine that decides between the engines use less than 0.1% of the time. 2)I do not see why do you assume that it is obvious that the result is going to be weaker performance. Choosing the best out of 2 weaker player can lead to better result than the best player. I think that this idea has more chances to be good at long time control and not blitz. Uri
