if you want to change the setting of a personality, i would advise to
use the DOS-EDITOR.

if you succesfully changed the style, load it with rebel12.
do not try to change the style WITHIN rebel.

concerning fritz, maybe the read/write attributes are still READ-ONLY ?
make them write too.
