Thanks - exactly right - I did violate that rule with two engines - Crafty Morpy
and Crafty Petrosian.   But then, it's my tournamnet :).

Not sure how to run Tiger 15 in CB -- is that doable yet?

I will run a new tournament once  this is complete with some new engines and
perhaps standard CM9K.  The King above is a modified King by you.  If you have
new mod King to run , let me know.
