Isn't that the same guy who was going to play in CCT5, and withdrew, and who
made a website with his program available for download, and the links
mysteriously didn't work, and now he does a sign up and no show at this
tournament too? I recall Vincent making a big deal about this when his website
didn't work, about how we've heard about this program for a while, and there's
never been any evidence it exists, and now this. Hmm...
