C'mon guys lets give Morphy a little credit!!! He had the guts to pay any man in
europe $10,000.00 if they could defeat him in a match. That was a LOT of money
in those days. Especially out of your own pocket. Maybe he wasn't the best
(Fischer) but he certainly belongs on your long list.
