Since I bought it two and a half years ago, the only thing I've added is a second CPU, just to play around with SMP chess stuff. Even for playing online 3D games, I experience no performance lag. I really don't see a reason to upgrade, unless I was running a server that was having a hard time keeping up, or something like that.
