p4 2.47ghz, 128mb hash, remis.ctg (24 game match) Shredder 7 (+4, =4, -4) = 6 Fritz 8.0.0.8 (+4, =4, -4) = 6 The last six games has all been decisive. This probably has to do with the small book, which I find more interesting than playing with their own books, where most of the games end in draws. So halfway through, the two engines are even, and I doubt that will change at all after 24 games. I strongly believe that at end of the 24 games Fritz 8 will be ahead by at least 3 games. Take into consideration that Shredder 7 was winning in the first 5 games, and Fritz 8 made a great comeback. Pichard
