Hi Frank,

I'm at work at the moment, and this madhouse doesn't permit any ftp at all. When
I get home, I'll give it a go on my Linux box. I log in as anonymous and type my
email address as the password. I don't believe I type "mode active/passive". I
think I just type "passive", but I've no idea from here if that is the same
thing - you'd think it would be. More later when I get back.
