Why ?  My question is to experts who should be able to explain.

I can only add that IKARUS had a Wertungszahl of 15  which is sensational and
the second highest after Shredder with 16. You must also see the negative side
of such a seeding. IKARUS probably lost the chance in case it gets equal points
to others in the top. Matador did not yet play SOS and Comet of the lower progs.
So before playing IKARUS vs Matador, Comet should have played it. All IMO
without a pairing program.

Therefore, I wished to see the reasons and the method for that specific seeding.
