Hello Roy,

the 3D settings are saved in the file GUI8.ini, which should be in
C:\Windows\ApplicationData\ChessBase\ChessProgram8

(About ´ApplicationData´ I´m not absolutely sure, because I have
the German Windows98, and here it´s ´AnwendungsDaten´)

If you delete this file, Fritz8 will start with its default settings!

I hope this helps,
regards,
Franz.
