Subject: legitimate gripe?

i have a tiny gripe if anyone could help clear up, here it is,on the S.S.D.F
rating list 54th place hiarcs 7.32 64 MB p200 mmx is rated 2470 and 55th place
fritz 5.0 PB29% 67 MB P200 mmx is rated 2461 and the little hand held novag
sapphire is rated 2009.why is chessmaster 2 not on this list with a rating of
2468?and why do the testers waste thier time with rating computers below
2000?please help?,
