Because of that I said _abaout_.

I got the rating from:

http://www.grailmaster.com/misc/chess/comp/elo2.html

Which hardware was used to generate this ratinglist?

This engine has a rating of 2353 in the list above, DelphiMAX 2315. But this is
an old version, without pawnhashing and some other features. DelphiMAX 2.2 got a
little stronger (I hope) since then. So I think it's about the same strength as
Movei0.07a, but I never did a direct competiton.

It doesn't matter to me if my engine has 2300 or 2350 - it is still a weak
engine. I only tried to answer the the question of strength of original MiniMAX.

I think strength is difficult to measure. I just saw that my DelphiMAX version 2
is in the List above 50 Points behind the old version. In a direct competition
(Nunn Match) the new version lost 12:8 to the old version. But in many engine
tournaments with about 10 other engines the new version did much better. So
which version is stonger?

Martin
