No

I never tested Movei in Fritz's enviroment.
I understood that it can be possible to do it with the UCI adapter but I did not
learn how to do it.

I am not sure about Doctor3 elo.
I remember something like 2300.

I guess that it is slightly weaker than Movei00_799 but I am not sure about it.
