Subject: Yace Paderborn: thanks for Dieter, but one note

Finally we get rid of 0.99.XX versions! Yace Paderborn looks much
professional...
One "minor" problem under Fritz8: when I TRY change one of many engine
parameters there is always crash in Fritz!? I use no ini-files and UCI.dll is
1.0.1.1.
