Pocket Fritz 2.0 runs on PocketPC 2002 or Windows CE 3.0 with MIPS, ARM, Xscale
or SHG.

The Toshiba has an ARM processor. You should be able to run it. If necessary,
copy the right CAB.file to your PPC and run it, thus installing it in without
the installer.
