"I wish everyone the best on the high level". I doubt the site has really been hijacked, as was claimed last year. It's probably a joke by Chessbase employees. One of the Fasching traditions is that the local town hall is occupied by a Fasching club, and the mayor is forced to make a silly speech. It could be an excerpt from from one of those speeches, made by a politician that most Germans would recognize.
