First see then believe. My first lesson here don ’t take anything they say here for granted. Always keep critical! And even more when people start to get abusive. When asked a simple question. Then you have to be very critical. And alert. But the trouble is that it also can be the fault of the play chess server that it doesn't work. If you don't know why it doesn't work for everyone Simply admit it rather then saying that it is the users mistake. While not sure. Because then you make a mistake. And the users obviously get angry on you While this isn't necessary. Just some small notes on how things work. Marc
