Ponti Hello. In addition to what Peter has written. It is noted that yace.ini should be removed to install as UCI engine. I have not checked to see if it is the presence of yace.ini itself or if a particular entry within. I see this in the 'Shredder' comment at: http://home1.stofanet.dk/moq/readme.htm It is relevant to Fritz UCI as well. Sorry I don't know about bitbase. Good Luck, Brian K.
