If Chessbase has properly implemented the UCI protocol it should give you the
option to change the personality parameter. Just fill in the full pathname of
the personality you want to use. e.g.
c:\Program Files\Lokasoft\ChessPartner5.3\engines\DeepSjeng1.0\Patzer.per

But as I dont have the Chessbase GUI I don't know if it works.
