Exactly. This product is dead before its birth.

I do not know what they claim, but I know this:

 135 Chess Tiger 14.9 Palm m515 16MB 42MHz   2101   69   -74   100   39%  2180
 152 Sapphire II                             2009   34   -32   464   63%  1918
 156 Novag Sapphire H8 10 MHz                1991   22   -22  1034   47%  2012

If it's about elo figures, I would advice to not trust their site at all.
