I have tested it yesterday evening and it worked great.
I ran a short test match with Fritz 8.ctg:
Tactical: List 5.04
Fritz 8 vs. Positional: Shredder 7
Endgame: Shredder 7
and Double Brain performed great. I plan to begin a serious test series tonight
to find the "IMO strongest combination" on the planet.
List 5.04 always began and played well in the early middlegame.
As soon as the position gets more strategical in the late middlegame the engine
Shredder 7 took over. Fritz 8 and Shredder 7 had full tablebase support.
All you need is the old Fritz 5.32. Unfortunately only native chessbase engines
are supported in the old interface.
All owners of the Fritz 5.32 CD can legally download a patched version of Fritz
5.32 and get rid of the annoying CD-checks at:

Of course you still need the original CDs to run Fritz 8 or Shredder 7 in the
old interface.
