I do not think so
I have an explanation to fritz5's bad result because learning is disabled for
fritz5

Other results are logical for example Junior5 has 6.5 out of 9 and everyone
agree that it is a strong program.

I believe that he does the games between programs and does not flip a coin
If he flipped a coin it was very easy to prove it by replaying the games
that were played by commercial or free programs.
