Hi I was wondering if doubling the amount i use for hash tables will make that much of a difference? I use 256MB and i run searches for 1 hour. I am sure Fritz has a limit to HT size but so does my pocketbook. I could max my computer out with 2GB but i wouldn't be able to use the full 2GB for HT obviously so that's out of the question but i can get enough to use 512MB or 1GB for HT and my question then is what kind of effect would that have? Will fritz hit another ply going from 256MB to 512MB or 256MB to 1GB? Thankyou
