That's pretty slow, I'm afraid. My old Palm Vx overclocked to 28MHz with Afterburner (OS3.5 I think), gets 1.02 if I remember correctly. Might even have been a little faster (but not much more than 1.10) - I haven't looked at it for a while, so I can't remember clearly.
