IE there is other code around the compact-attacks stuff that has changed... which gives the optimizer in the compiler more stuff to look at. And more chances to make errors. I can't get gcc to produce a SPARC executable at all, for example. I'm trying to go back to older versions as it did work at one time. > >regards >Andi
