I did not have time to test it but I am not sure if it is an improvement.
I continue to use 8.0.0.8

I have no time to test if 8.0.0.23 is better or worse and I wait to see
results of independent testers before I decide if to download 8.0.0.23

8.0.0.8 was reported as strong by mark young.
I know nothing about the level of 8.0.0.23 and I prefer to use 8.0.0.8
and not 8.0.0.23
