If there's no running program left in the memory department, all are closed indeed. I don't know what the problem is, thus unable to fix it but for a lucky shot: - make a full backup - do a hard reset - install only Fritz - look if the problem persists. If not, there's a conflict with another program you installed. Have you tried updating PPC2002 with EUU3? See http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_dtlViewDL.jsp?soid=311178 for details.
