Maybe I don't understand correctly, but do you mean "the upgrade process
*should* be defined...."

If so, in that case look at the first page of the manual coming with Fritz 8
under "registering".

You can also see the procedure when opening the in line help file looking for
the word "upgrade".

If I misunderstood your words I apologize.
