the reason it was greyed out, in my opinion, the number was not correctly entered. I have had this problem months ago when I first registered. inthe tyeface on the cover of your manual a 'zero' is not discernable from a capital letter 'O' -- the O could be wider than the 0 eg, or a bar through the zero.
