First of all ,Thank You for replying.I did as You told Me and I did make sure
that all serial number was typed correctley(case senative).I even crated a new
account, and the query update still says that My version (dated nov.2002) is
current or up to date.Earlier today I went to the Playchess server with fritz 7
and it did ask me update fritz 7 (and I did).All of My Fritz 7 now have the
Sept.6 2002 date ,which I believe is the lastest version.When I go to the
Playchess site with Fritz 8,(on sevral different P/cs,I still have the server
tell Me that I have the lastest version and no updates are available.Even when I
created a new account today,the server still tell Me that I'm up to date which
We all know isn't the case.Everytime I do get the registation box(where you type
the serial number),up the OK BOX in the left bottom corner is still greyed
out.Do You have any other suggestions?Many Thanks,>>>>Mike
