In this tournament Kasparov played like a miserable 2744 player ;) - so his rating will be lower in the next ELO list unless he has other results that are better than expected. ELO list averages between expected results based on current ELO, the current ELO and the tournament performance using some formula - with experienced players changes are not so big as with newcomers.
