Hmm, it looks like one other Microsoft joke ... Anyway I have IE ver.
6.0.2800.1106 SP1 Czech edition and there is an item "Prihlasit se jako ..."
which means Login as (of course not Connect as ..., sorry for wrong translation
by me above) in the "Soubor" (File) menu. However only if you are connected to
the FTP site yet! I have assumed that it is true in your case and what you get
is only warning because I know that ftp.cis.uab.edu server although requests an
e-mail adress as the password by anonymous login but allows you to login even if
receives something else.
