Now I understand ! I typically surf the web while playing some matches at
Playchess.com and have got a couple of warnings before my rating got deleted. I
never understood the reasons why, because I wasn't cheating (and you have to
believe me here). What I miss is a human supervision of the system or a way to
escalate complains. When that happened I was on a loosing streak and couldn't
really understand how someone could accuse me of cheating when I was loosing
against opponents rated around 1500 ! However, I did not find a way to escalate
or complain or ask for a revision of the decision...
