I created a new command 'VARY' to Nero 4. It can be switched off and on.
When ON, Nero makes by change one of the best moves. Possible moves to
be made are those which have at least the value Bestscore-0.2*pawns...
When OFF, the best move (according to Nero!) is always made.

I don't know how "make 2nd best" is done in other programs, or "random" e.g.
in Genius 2, where I have seen that option. Perhaps someone could tell me.
