Taking the win/draw/loss ratio for white and black from the match until now, I calculated the probability of such a 0-8 series in a match of 23 games. The result is about 1.8%, so perhaps not that unlikely, as it might seem at first glance. The probabilty of a 0-8 in a 8 game match is of course smaller: 0.2%.
